Abstract

Inventory is the most important thing in a company. If inventory can not contribute to the smooth supply of goods or the supply can accumulate in short supply. Therefore, planning for the procurement of goods is required and it is determined by how much the company needs. From the results of research using Probabilistic Q Methods shows the cost efficiency of IDR 2606452,21 obtained from the calculation of the difference of IDR 2483930,153 company policy while using probabilistic calculation amount is IDR 122522,057.
