Abstract
This research was done in PT. Tunas Ridean Tbk (Toyota) Cimindi Bandung at mechanical department, Service Advisor (SA), Customer Relation Coordinator (CRC). The objectives of this research are to know training program and work performance employees and how big the influence training program toward work performance of employees at PT. Tunas ridean Tbk (Toyota) Cimindi Bandung. The method of this research is descriptive research method, survey method type. Simple random sampling technique are used for survey . Data are collected by interview, questionnaire, and library research. Analysis method use descriptive analysis and statistic analysis, while Analysis statistic its self use simpler linier regression analysis with t-test and determine coefficient. Based on descriptive analysis, the result of this research first showing that the interval of training program at PT. Tunas Ridean Tbk (Toyota) is 3,40 – 4,19 with a total score of the average 3,97 which means goo; second, the interval of work performance of employees at PT. Tunas Ridean Tbk (Toyota) is 4,20 – 5,00 with a total score of the average 4,22 which means very good. The result of this research based on statistic analysis at significance level 95%, show that training program influence toward work performance employees. Training program influence toward work performance of employees at PT. Tunas Ridean Tbk (Toyota) is 20,5%, while the remaining 79,5% is influenced by other factors.
