Abstract
Bisnis Tour & Travel yang bernama Galaxy tour ini adalah perusahaan yang melayani turis Warga Tiongkok (China) untuk berwisata menuju ke Denpasar (Bali, Indonesia). Penulis mendapatkan peluang bisnis tersebut dengan melihat area ketertarikan penulis dalam bidang Pariwisata. Penulis melihat bahwa business plan ini masih kekurangan inovasi baru, maka penulis berusaha langsung mengeksekusi setiap inovasi baru yang direncanakan. Galaxy tour bertujuan untuk membantu turis Warga Tiongkok (China) yang berwisata di Denpasar, terutama kesulitan mereka yang diakibatkan language barrier. Galaxy tour memiliki konsep bisnis yang belum pernah dibuat oleh tour lain seperti fasilitas free pijat, snack, dan souvenir tas. Penulis berharap dengan adanya Galaxy tour ini dapat membantu para turis Warga Tiongkok berlibur di Denpasar. Penulis berharap Galaxy tour dapat berkembang hingga taraf internasional dan mendapatkan wawasan atau pengetahuan mengenai tempat wisata baru. Dalam melihat kelayakan usaha, penulis melakukan perhitungan dengan metode Net Present Value, Payback Periode, dan Profitability Index.
