Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh good corporate governance dan total quality mangement terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Bandung. Sampel dikumpulkan dengan metode simple random sampling dengan total 51 responden yang merupakan karyawan PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan good corporate governance berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan total quality mangement tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.
