Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji adanya pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasional afektif guru di SMAK 1 Bina Bakti Bandung. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei langsung dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner dan studi pustaka. Kuesioner disebarkan kepada 42 responden. Sebanyak 42 kuesioner kembali dengan tingkat pengembalian 100%. Dari analisis korelasi dan pengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasional afektif didukung sepenuhnya. Serta hipotesis yang diuji dalam penelitian ini didukung. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasi afektif.
