Abstract
This survey are purpose to conversant: (1) The factors which effect the performance of employee in PD. X, namely environment, job clarity of each company, and concertation; (2) How to effect the quality product in PD. X, it is good, because each of month, jelly produced are increase above 20%. Object company is in PD. X which is a manufacture company which on jelly food group, this location in Kuningan, West Java. Data of this survey are source from the survey of Field Research and Library Research. This data are analysed with used descriptive method of analysis, with purpose are to collwct the data which relevan and then available arrangement, a lesson, and analysis more detail with used diagram of causes (Fishbone). Results of survey are to show that the performance of employee towards restraints of quality product is very felt, although there is a defect that is the company ever disadvantage of 800 pack of jelly are brokendown/ deformed.
