Abstract

As time goes by and the rapid growth era of globalization, the development of science and knowledge is growing rapidly either. A growing company in the field of pharmaceuticals, namely PT. Bina San Prima require technological advances to overcome problems in the training department. The department is conducting training to all new employees and employees who received the new promoted. Training department has specific rules in each training. First, materials, questions and answers are divided into 2 kinds of soft skills and hard skills. For the soft skills every employee who has an position could not get the material, answer questions and filling in a different position. For the hard skills of each employee who has an position and the department could not get the material, answer questions and filling in the position and different departments. Second, taking the material and questions the employees have a certain time and can not be taken at any time. So to overcome the problems existing in the PT. Bina San Prima such, was made an application to apply and modify the training process more organized, structured and automated a computerized. Computerized training is very important because in addition to the user ease in doing the training, each data can be stored in a structured which allows the user if they want to take the previous training data with efficiently. Monthly report on this application is useful for the future development of the training process because it has information on graduation and failure percentage of each employee. So the development of the company's human resource quality can be ascertained from any training that has been done. There are 2 types of users in this application is admin and employees. The features that can be carried out this application for admin are: scheduling, training, creating materials, uploading materials, making exam, upload pictures, assessment the answer and see the monthly reports that are automated. And features who can do for employee is: download the material, see the value of training and answer the questions.
