Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah agar memahami pengaruh antara Wages and Reward Satisfaction terhadap Job Performance di industri 4.0 (studi terhadap driver online (Go-Jek) di Indonesia). Sampel penelitian ini adalah 150 orang driver Go-Jek di Indonesia. Adapun metode penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan analisis linear sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa kepuasan wages dan reward memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap job performance dari driver Go-Jek. Lalu didapat juga pengaruh dari kepuasan wages dan reward terhadap job performance dari driver Go-Jek sebesar 41,6%. Bagi perusahaan penulis menyarankan lebih memperhatikan kepuasan wages dan reward karena hal tersebut sangatlah berpengaruh terhadap job performance dari para mitra driver Go-Jek itu sendiri.
