Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh total quality management, sistem pengukuran kinerja dan job relevant information terhadap kinerja karyawan Supermarket Impor di Bandung. Dalam penelitian ini, metode yang digunakan untuk penentuan sampel adalah purposive sampling. Responden penelitian ini sebanyak 100 karyawan Supermarket di Bandung. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda, dan pengujian dilakukan dengan menggunakan SPSS 20.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa total quality management tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan sistem pengukuran kinerja dan job relevant information berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan Supermarket Impor di Bandung.
