Abstract
Studi ini menguji pengaruh emotional dan adversity quotient terhadap kinerja karyawan. Responden dari penelitian ini adalah 71 dari 80 orang karyawan PT Bank Sinarmas Cabang Bandung. Uji validitas, reliabilitas dan fitnes model dilakukan sebelum pengujian hipotesis. Terdapat tiga hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ketiga hipotesis yang diajukan didukung. Dengan kata lain, emotional quotient berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, adversity quotient berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, serta secara bersama-sama emotional dan adversity quotient berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pembahasan dan saran akan disampaikan dalam penelitian.
