Abstract

This research aims to investigate the influence of Dove Shampoo Advertising Exposure on television at the Consumer media Attitude.Hal Message studied is the influence of the media and Creative Advertising on Consumer Attitude Toward Television Advertising and the Consumer Attitude Toward Product. Because each customer has a personality, lifestyle, and needs vary. Along with the changing times, changing consumer preferences from non-diverse to be very diverse Consumer behavior enables marketers to understand and predict the behavior of the market. Knowing consumer behavior is very difficult, because sometimes consumers can honestly say desire, but sometimes they can act sebaliknya.Dari results of this study indicate that there is an influence of the Message and the Creative Consumer Attitude
