Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji adanya dampak employee engagement terhadap komitmen organisasi dan organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Data yang disebarkan kepada 150 karyawan PT Kaldu Sari Nabati dengan tingkat pengembalian 100 % tetapi kuesioner yang di gunakan sebanyak 145 (96,7%). Dari analisis korelasi pearson dan regresi yang dilakukan, diperoleh hasil bahwa employee engagement memiliki hubungan dan pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior sedangkan dari hasil pengujian reabilitas diketahui bahwa variabel komitmen organisasi tidak reliabel sehingga pengujian tentang komitmen organisasi tidak dapat dilanjutkan.
