Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh good corporate governance dan total quality management terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Malakasari Nisshinbo Denim Industry. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan metode simple random sampling dan menggunakan sampel dari karyawan perusahaan PT Malakasari Nisshinbo Denim Industry. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan program SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara Good Corporate Governance terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Malakasari Nisshinbo Denim Industry. Tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara Total Quality Management terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Malakasari Nisshinbo Denim Industry. Koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa Good Corporate Governance dan Total Quality Management mampu menjelaskan kinerja karyawan pada PT. Malakasari Nisshinbo Denim Industry sebesar 16,7% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 83,3% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti.
