Abstract

Penelitian ini mencoba untuk menggambarkan komponen employee engagement dan kinerja dari para Customer Service Relationship (CSR) di PT The AutoBridal Prioritas 5 Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data triangulasi dimana teknik ini menggabungkan dari berbagai teknik pengumpulan data dan sumber data yang telah ada yaitu teknik observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan analisis dokumen. Jumlah responden yang ada di dalam penelitian ini adalah tiga responden yang terdiri tiga orang CSR. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ternyata para CSR yang bekerja memiliki beberapa masalah terkait komponen employee engagement dan kinerja di PT The AutoBridal Prioritas 5 Bandung.
