Abstract

PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk. (“TELKOM”, “Perseroan”, “Perusahaan”) adalah salah satu perusahaan penyedia layanan telekominukasi terbesar di Indonesia. Sudah banyak layanan yang disediakan oleh Telkom, salah satunya layanan internet Speedy. Oleh karena itu Telkom mempunyai aplikasi System InformationRequirement Website Monitoring FOS yang berguna untuk mengatur layanan speedy. Untuk itu penting agar user interface aplikasi FOS mudah digunakan dan dipahami oleh pengguna. Metode yang digunakan untuk menilai sudah baik tidaknya user interface pada FOS adalah ISO 9241-151 Guidance on World Wide Web User Interface. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa user interface FOS sudah cukup baik menurut ISO 9241- 151 Guidance on World Wide Web User Interface
