Abstract

Tugas akhir ini membuat suatu Sistem Integrasi Work Order Flexi di PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk. Sistem Integrasi ini berfungsi sebagai solusi dari masalah ketidakmampuan arsitektur webMethods yang baru untuk memakai fungsi commit atau rollback bersamaan antar sistem backend. Selain itu, Sistem Integrasi Work Order Flexi juga memiliki fitur kustomisasi urutan proses ke masing-masing sistem backend di setiap bisnis prosesnya. Dengan adanya sistem ini para pengguna dapat mengetahui status terakhir transaksi, melihat status serta keterangan error pada transaksi yang gagal, mengulangi transaksi yang sudah dibenarkan datanya, melihat jumlah transaksi per hari atau per minggu, merubah urutan transaksi pada bisnis proses yang dikehendaki dengan mudah. Work Order Flexi memberikan kemudahan dalam memelihara proses transaksi flexi agar selalu stabil dan memudahkan operational team dari PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk dalam mengelola trafik transaksi di setiap harinya. Tugas akhir dengan judul Implementasi Sistem Integrasi “Work Order Flexi” Menggunakan WebMethods dan Oracle 10g (Studi Kasus: PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk) dibuat menggunakan webMethods sebagai sistem integrasinya dan Oracle 10g sebagai database yang berfungsi untuk mencatat serta mengatur seluruh transaksi.
