Abstract
Hotel Wirton adalah salah satu hotel yang terletak di Bandung yang sudah sangat berkembang menjadi hotel yang dikenal. Keseluruhan transaksi baik check-In, check-Out dan reservasi yang masih menggunakan program lama yang terkadang suka error ataupun lambat. Oleh karena itu, hotel ini memerlukan sebuah aplikasi front office yang bisa mencatat semua transaksi yang terjadi pada hotel secara terkomputerisasi . Dengan menggunakan data primer yang didapat dari hasil obervasi langsung ke instansi Hotel Wirton dan pembelajaran di kampus Universitas Kristen Maranatha dan data sekunder yang didapatkan dari studi literatur yang berupa internet ataupun buku. Pembuatan aplikasi ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman C# dengan Visual Studio 2010 serta SQL Server 2008 R2 sebagai jembatan pengerjaannya. Penelitian ini telah menghasilkan sebuah aplikasi yang bisa menangani transaksi front office pada Hotel Wirton
