Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji adanya pengaruh view job as calling terhadap kepuasan kerja di SMK Teknologi Industri Pembangunan Cimahi. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui survei langsung dan studi pustaka. Kuesioner disebarkan kepada 86 responden dan sebanyak 86 kuesioner kembali dengan tingkat pengembalian 100%. Dari penelitian menunjukan korelasi sebesar 0.667 yang artinya cukup berarti, dan dari analisis regresi yang dilakukan, diperoleh hasil bahwa view job as calling mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja sebesar 43.8% dan sisanya 56.2% dipengaruhi faktor lain.
