Abstract
Ekemas is a Management Knowledge Enterprise which functions as an application that manages all documents in Sucofindo Jakarta. Hopefully, this tool could help staff in sharing general knowledge within the company. The use of PHP and MYSQL as the media or program used in the making of this local hosted Website application can help achieve the purpose of Ekemas application. The method that was used to gather information in order to create a useful application on this project consists of three factor such as the use of PHP and MYSQL, guidance book about the two as the supporting document in the making of this application, as well as discussion with the management.
