Abstract
The objective of this research is to discover significant influence between organizational commitment toward management control system. Method use for this research is testing of hypotesis that correlated wheather there is an influence of independent variable (X) toward the dependent variable (Y) using test of β (Beta) hypotesis. Act of determining the critical value of testing by way of observe freedom and significancy level, critical value of testing can be determine by using distribution t table. Based on statistic calculation with significant level 95% and mistaken level 5% value of tcalculation = 7,54 bigger than ttable = 2,080, then the desicion making for testing is Ho has been rejected and alternative hypotesis can be accepted. So the conclution is there is some influence of organizational commitment toward management control system.
