Abstract

Saat ini lingkungan bisnis menjadi lebih kompleks dan kompetitif, sehingga setiap perusahaan berusaha untuk memberikan kinerja yang baik. Jadi untuk mengukur kinerja, kita harus menggunakan metode pengukuran yang akurat dan komprehensif dalam mengukur kinerja perusahaan. Balanced Scorecard merupakan sebuah metode yang tepat yang dapat mengukur kinerja perusahaan melalui 4(empat) perspektif: perspektif keuangan, perspektif pelanggan, perspektif proses bisnis internal, perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan teknik pengambilan sampel non-purposive. kuesioner dibagikan kepada 72supervisor(sampel) yang dipilih dari masing-masing divisi di perusahaan. Data dianalisis dengan metode regresi berganda dan hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa implikasi Balanced Scorecard memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan.
