Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh penerapan SAP (System Application Product) terhadap kualitas informasi piutang di Universitas Kristen Maranatha. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah nonprobability sampling. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 50 orang mahasiswa di Universitas Kristen Maranatha. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode uji regresi linier sederhana untuk menguji hipotesisnya melalui SPSS versi 25.0 Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan System Application Product (SAP) berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan kualitas informasi piutang sebesar (67,9%).
