Abstract

This study was conducted to investigate the impact of job stress to performance among janitors that works in Maranatha Christian University and other unit. To collect the primary data, questionnaires were directly sent to 100 respondents through the supervisor. The correlation and regression analysis’ result showed that job stress significantly related to job performance. Therefore, this study also give some suggestion to organization in managing stress at workplace.
