Abstract

Gaya pengambilan keputusan konsumen merupakan pola tanggapan yang relatif konsisten. Dapat dilihat bahwa dari segi demografis, geografis dan grup influence terbukti berdampak signifikan. Tulisan ini meneliti perbedaan gaya pengambilan keputusan konsumen Universitas Kristen Maranatha dan Universitas Widyatama menggunakan Consumer Style Inventory yang di kembangkan Sproles dan Kendal (1986). Pemeriksaan menunjukan bahwa umur, jenis kelamin, penduduk asli, dan informasi produk mempengaruhi perilaku belanja. Dengan demikian juga CSI dapat diterapkan dengan unsur demografis,geografis, dan group influence.
