Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT DBS Cargo. Tes mendasar terdiri dari uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji normalitas, dan uji hipotetik, menggunakan uji regresi linier sederhana. Subjek tes terdiri dari semua karyawan, manajer, dan pemilik juga, dengan total 37 sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja memiliki dampak positif pada kinerja karyawan.
