Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji adanya pengaruh kepribadian social terhadap komitmen kerja di SMP Negeri 4 Cimahi. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui survey langsung dan studi pustaka. Kuesioner disebarkan kepada 75 responden dan sebanyak 75 kuesioner kembali dengan tingkat pengembalian 100%. Dari penelitian ini menunjukkan korelasi sebesar 0.526 yang artinya terdapat korelasi yang cukup berarti, dan dari analisis regresi yang dilakukan, diperoleh hasil bahwa kepribadian social mempengaruhi komitmen kerja sebesar 27.7% yang sisanya 72.3% dipengaruhi oleh factor lain.
