Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of work stress on employee performance of PT LEN Industries (Persero) The population of this research are all employees of PT LEN Industries (Persero), as many as 480 employees, while the sample is as many 60 employees working on PT LEN Industries (Persero). Independent variable of this research is work stress, while the dependent variable is employee performance. Data analysis was performed with the validity and reliability, the data test include normality test and heteroscedasticity test and hypothesis testing using simple regression analysis. Conclusion of this research that data were normally distributed and for regression testing sig ≤ alpha (0,1) means that Ho was rejected so it can be concluded that work stress significantly influence employee performance amounted to 5% while the remaining 95% is influenced by other things.
