Abstract
Allocation of capital in a small company is just as important on large companies that do capital budgeting is the obvious importance for smaller companies. Often small companies do not use the method of capital budgeting correctly, the reason that small business owners do not have enough knowledge and lack of availability of management talent is a rare thing for smaller companies. This study aims to determine the outcome of the implementation capital budgeting to evaluate business expansion plans Cheese Stick Et Ot. The research concludes that Cheese Stick Et Ot company feasible to expand by adding 8 (eight) flavors, it is seen from the results of the calculation Payback Period (PP) for 1 year 7.13 month, Net Present Value (NPV) positive, which Rp. 22,614,107, Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 74.53%, and Profitability Index (PI) of 1.00203. Moreover, to do development (expansion) the owner must provide the initial cash flow (initial cash outflow) amounting to Rp. 10.560.00 which will be used to purchase fixed assets.
