Abstract
Penelitian ini meneliti tentang pentingnya Brand Trrust terhadap Brnd Loyalty Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menguji pengaruh Brand Trust terhadap Brand Loyalty Nokia dan Sonny Erycsson. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa-mahasiswi Universitas Kristen Maranatha. Berasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan telah mendapatkan hasil bahwa Brand Trust berpengaruh terhadap Brand Loyalty baik pada pengguna Nokia dan Sonny Erycsson. Hasil lain dari penelitian ini menunjukan tidak ada perbedaan pengaruh Brand Trust terhadap Brand Loyalty pengguna Nokia dan Sonny Ericsson.
