Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis hubungan penilaian etika konsumen (Actively Benefiting, Passively Benefiting, Deceptive Legal Practices dan No Harm/Indirect Harm) dengan sikap konsumen. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Universitas Kristen Maranatha Bandung, karakteristik yang digunakan adalah wanita khususnya pada usia Baby Busters (20 tahun sampai 32 tahun). Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode korelasi pearson dengan menggunakan SPSS 12.5. Instrument penelitian diadopsi dari Vitell and Muncy (1992). Berdasasrkan hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara Passively Benefiting, Deceptive Legal Practices dan No Harm /Indirect Harm dengan sikap konsumen.
