Abstract
Studi ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah adversity quotient(AQ) memengaruhi kinerja karyawan secara positif. Penelitian dilakukan di Holiday Inn Bandung. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 64 (enampuluh empat) karyawan Holiday Inn Bandung. Beberapa pengujian yang dilakukan sebelumhipotesis diuji adalah pengujian outliers, validitas, reliabilitas, statistik deskriptifdan korelasi antarkonstruk penelitian. Hipotesis diuji dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana dan hipotesis didukung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adversity quotientmemengaruhi kinerja karyawan secara positif. Berbagai implikasi temuan studi ini dan saran untuk penelitian mendatang akan dibahas lebih lanjut.
