Abstract
The bread is a source of foods rich in carbohydrates consumed by the potential and practical. But the bread has a very short expiry, then the physical distribution must be done properly. Activities that are part of the physical distribution are the order processing, inventory control, goods handling, warehousing, transportation, and services to customers. This research was conducted to determine if there is a positive influence of physical distribution activities of repurchase intention of ”ANITA Bakery” customers. This type of research is causation which aims to identify and analyse causal variables activities of physical distribution with the customer purchase intention variable. Sample selection is saturation sampling method. Number of samples taken are as many 15 respondents. The data in this study, obtained by distributing questionnaires to the 15 customers' ANITA Bakery "in Tasikmalaya. The results of this study show the sequence of processing variables and handling of goods in the physical distribution activities has a positive effect on customer repurchase intention.
