Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of job satisfaction on performance. This research was conducted on PT.Konimex. Questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents and received back by the investigators as many as 92 respondents. Some tests performed in this study were normality, outliers, validity, reliability, correlation and simple regression. The results show that there is a positive and significant correlation between job satisfaction and performance of (r = 0508). R Square of 0.258 indicates that 25.8% of job satisfaction affects performance.
