Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji adanya pengaruh view job as calling terhadap kepuasan kerja yang dirasakan guru di SMAK 1 Bina Bakti Bandung. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui survei langsung dan studi pustaka. Kuesioner disebarkan kepada 42 responden dan sebanyak 42 kuesioner kembali dengan tingkat pengembalian 100%. Dari korelasi dan analisis regresi yang dilakukan, diperoleh hasil bahwa pengaruh dan korelasi terhadap kepuasan kerja didukung sepenuhnya. Dari satu hipotesis yang telah diuji dalam penelitian ini, hipotesis tersebut didukung. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa view job as calling berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja.
