Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung Perceived Service Quality dan Perceived Value pada Trust: Satisfaction sebagai variabel Mediasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung Perceived Service Quality dan Perceived Value pada Trust yang dimediasi oleh Satisfaction. Selain itu, hasil menunjukkan adanya pengaruh langsung Perceived Value pada Trust, namun tidak ada pengaruh langsung Perceived Service Quality pada Trust.
