Abstract
This research is aimed to understand if the modernitation tax has an influence of toward the tax payer satisfaction at Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Bandung Bojonagara. The variables used in this research are the influence of modernitation tax as independent variable (X) and the taxpayer satisfaction as dependent variable. The research was descriptive by using survey research and by using questionnaire as research instrument. The sample of this research was drawn by random sampling. The research object was modernitation tax and taxpayer satisfaction. For data processing, the data was analyzed using parametric statistic with analysis of regression and simple correlations techniques, where the data obtained in from of ordinal were converted into that of interval, and t significance. From the hypothesis test it could be conluded that modernitation tax at Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Bandung Bojonagara has significant, positive influence on Taxpayer satisfication. The modernitation tax accounted for 53,9% of transformation in Taxpayer satisfaction with positive direction, which it mean that suitable modernitation tax will increase the satisfaction.
