Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh kompensasi terhadap produktivitas karyawan pada PT Panel Mulia Total. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan alat ukur berupa kuesioner yang item-item pertanyaan didasarkan pada beberapa referensi tentang pengukuran kompensasi dan produktivitas. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah PT Panel Mulia Total. Sampel dipilih dengan menggunakan metoda purposive random sampling berjumlah 70 karyawan. Teknik pengujian data adalah dengan enggunakan moderated regression analysis untuk menguji secara parsial dengan tingkat signifikansi alpha 5%. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa secara parsial kompensasi memiliki pengaruh terhadap produktivitas perusahaan.
