Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel Debt To Total Equity (DER) dan Debt to Total Asset (DAR), baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial terhadap profitabilitas. Adapun jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah causal explanatory. Data yang telah dikumpulkan dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variable independen Debt To Total Equity (DER) dan Debt To Total Asset (DAR), secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas pada indeks LQ45 yang tercatat selama periode 2009-2011. Secara parsial Debt To Total Equity (DER) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas sedangkan untuk Debt To Total Asset (DAR) secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas.
