Abstract
Recruitment is a way to get human resources to become workers in the company. The recruitment process can be said to be quite lengthy, starting from sending Curriculum Vitae (CV), psychology test, human resource department interviews, user interviews, medical check-up, and final decisions. The process and data storage recruitment at PT. X still uses manual methods. This makes the recruitment process longer and harder to monitor the ongoing recruitment process. In addition, the performance appraisal of employees at PT. X still uses physical forms. So, by storing performance appraisal data that still uses physical forms, employee performance appraisal data is difficult to evaluate annually. PT. X requires an application that can help monitor the recruitment process and employee assessment data. Aplikasi Pemantauan Proses Rekrutmen dan Penilaian Karyawan, PT. X can monitor every recruitment process, and employee performance appraisal data will be easier to evaluate.
