Abstract

Wisma Manula Dorkas is an exclusive nursing home located on Jl. Kol. Masturi No. 591, Bandung. The project is designed to address issues that often occur among the elderly, especially in the orphanage. The problem in question is the decline in physical condition, the decline in psychological conditions and the decline in social conditions. In Indonesia, the elderly tend to not want to live in a home, because they feel wasted, not neglected and not cared for, after being traced the orphanage still has not fulfilled the needs that answer the problem. So the project aims to create a nursing home in the form of design with attention and answer all the psychological, physiological and socialization needs of the elderly.
