Abstract
Pasundan Christian Church (GKP), as the name implies because it is located in Pasundan. Pasundan Christian Church is one of the oldest church of West Java Province. Even though located in Pasundan but this church is not an ethnic church because the congregations consist of various ethnicities in Indonesia. This church is one of the Maranatha Christian University's supporting churches. As a supporting church, the relationship or the cooperation between Maranatha Christian University and the Pasundan Christian Church has been doing intensively. Various activities had been done as a form of Maranatha personnel's dedication. One of the activities that had just done was to help designing graphic design media for the GKP's synod session. Synod session is an activity that held every five years and seen as one of the important events and a grand event for the GKP that involving all the GKP's congregations. Today, there are fifty eight (58) GKP's congregations that spread in all over West Java area. GKP's cleaders consist of Synod Assembly, the Synod Treasurer Superintendent, and the Advisory Synod. The event needed some media and equipments that needed to be designed. Among others are guidebook design for the election of Synod Assembly, event book design, goody bag design, jacket design, mug design and lastly banner design. After some coordination with the committees, all the requirements mentioned above were to be designed using predefined theme and sub-theme.
