Abstract
Online transaction chosen by Momoe Anime-Fuku Shoppu using social media in selling the products has its own customers to E-Commerce. Other problem faced by the online shop is the manual record of data as well as the shipping process. This mean of analys creating a feature to track the shipping process as well as to notify important information regarding the products. Another thing added was a feature for recommendation system as well as for customers to comment on specific products. To back the analysis up were some theories used by the analyst, such as Collaborative Filtering, User Based Collaborative Filtering, Item Base Collaborative Filtering, Data, Information, Information System, ECommerce, Business Process, Flowchart, Database, ERD, Model, MySQL, DFD, Data Dictionary, PSPEC, PHP, CSS, Black-Box Testing as well as books and websites as the secondary resources. The analyst also conducted an interview with some related primary resources as well as direct observation on the field. Adding to this information was the supporting method recommended in the analysis, which was collaborative filtering.
