Abstract
PT X needs an information system for processing applicant data and applicant selection process. This system can process applicant data, company can create online examination for applicant and also can give alternative decision based on bayesian method to help human resource manager make decision to hire employees, so it can decrease mistake when hire an applicant. This system develop in PHP Programming language, MySQL as its Database Management System and Bayesian Method for decision support system.
