Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh ambiguitas peran & konflik peran terhadap kepuasan kerja yang dimediasikan oleh burnout. Subjek penelitian adalah para guru dan staf di Sekolah Kristen Kalam Kudus, Bandung (Cabang Ciateul dan Kopo) yang berjumlah 64 responden. Pengujian outliers, validitas, reliabilitas, deskriptif statistik, korelasi, dan uji model struktural dilakukan sebelum pengujian hipotesis. Uji model digunakan untuk menguji ketiga hipotesis yang diajukan. Hasil studi menujukkan bahwa tidak semua hipotesis didukung, hanya hipotesis yang mengajukan konflik peran memengaruhi burnout secara positif.
