Abstract

Bread is one source of carbohydrate food with huge potential and practical consumption. Therefore, the writer was moved to research more about the quality of services given by "ANITA Bakery" to its customers. Services include physical appearance, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy towards customer satisfaction. This research was conducted to determine whether there is a positive influence of service quality to customer satisfaction "ANITA Bakery". Type of causality because the research is aimed to study and analyze the causal variables of physical distribution activities with variable repeat customer purchase intentions. The sample selection method sampling saturation. The number of samples is 50 respondents. The data collection was obtained by distributing a questionnaire on 50 customers' ANITA Bakery "in Tasikmalaya. Results from this study showed that there were positive effects of service quality to customer satisfaction.
