Abstract

Laporan ini akan membahas tentang analisis pemodelan sistem informasi registrasi pasien di Rumah Sakit ADVENT. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah DODAF Architecture Developmnet Method. Tujuan penulisan laporan ini adalah untuk mendokumentasikan Psysical Schema Data atau pemetaan aliran data yang ada didalam sistem informasi registrasi pasien yang terdapat di Rumah Sakit ADVENT, dengan harapan dapat dijadikan sebagai referensi dalam pengembangan di masa yang akan datang. Sumber data untuk laporan ini di dapat dari DODAF Guidelines, internet, dan buku-buku referensi mengenai Enterprise architecture. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi keperpustakaan, wawancara dan observasi. Dalam laporan ini, penulis juga menyarankan rekomendasi pemetaan data baru yang mungkin dapat meningkatkan performa dari sistem informasi Rumah Sakit ADVENT.
