Abstract
The dentist application system was built to help the dentist to adjust with today's technology globalization. This dentist information system was built in a purpose for the work system that has been processed manually all this time become in a computerization. This system consist of all the data needed in dentist business process, such as patient’s data including their medical information, transaction, disease and prescription, and also all the reports needed. In this application, a user can access the system that authorize for a dentist or a nurse based on his/her own position. The dentist is allowed to accessed all the features in this information system, on the other hand, the nurse can only access the patient's information details to add or change the data, and queueing system. The dentist's information system is also fully equipped by ‘reservation by SMS’ feature to help patient register for reservation, which facilitate a patient to book earlier before so they can come at the right time without the need for queueing in the waiting room.
