Abstract
Pembuatan website e-commerce bed untuk toko mebel Kencana dibuat berdasarkan permintaan toko mebel Kencana untuk membantu penjualan produknya secara online. Ruang lingkup pekerjaan dimulai dari pembuatan fitur CRM dengan menggunakan media sms, pengirimman sms dikelompokkan berdasarkan target pemasarannya, pembuatan sistem transaksi online, pembuatan laporan data pelanggan, dan data transaksi .Pada pembuatan aplkasi ini dibutuhkan beberapa software, seperti MYSQl, Microsoft Visio untuk pembuatan DFD, flowchart, ERD(Entity Relationship Diagram), dan user interface design untuk pembuatan aplikasi tersebut.
