Abstract
Management control is a process to ensure employee in company on implement the policy strategic as appropriate desired by the manager. Systems used by managers in the management control is a management control system that a main purpose is to direct the employee in company in order that carry out its firm activities effectively and efficient in accordance with predetermined policies before to achieve corporate objectives. Through this study the authors wanted to know whether there or not a influence management control system on the effectiveness of sales. Research method that was used in this study is descriptive and verification method with case study approach. Data used in this study are primary data. Data were collected from questionnaires that were distributed to the 60 employee in PT.Ultrajaya Milk. Data respondents are then tested quality data with test validity and reliability test. Analysis model used was simple linear regression.Hypotheses were tested with the F test statistic and t test. This research resulted in the discoveries as have in the research hypothesis is that the management control system effect on sales effectiveness effectiveness.
