Abstract
This research aims to find out whether the role of the Sales Budgeting affects the effectiveness and efficiency of the sales at the company Pranata Eka Cipta. The variables in this research are the role of the sales budgeting as the independent variable (X) and the effectiveness and efficiency sales as the dependent variable (Y). This research is a descriptive research using research survey with questionnaire as a research tool, sample in the research taken on random sampling. The object of research is the role of sales budgeting and the effectiveness and efficiency of the sales. Validity test and reliability test are done to test the research instruments. For data processing, data is analyzed by using statistical parametric surfaces with regression analysis and simple correlation techniques, where data is obtained in the form of ordinal and was converted to form the interval, as well as a significance t test. From the results of hypotheses testing, the role of the sales budgeting in Pranata Eka Cipta has a significant positive influence on the effectiveness and efficiency of the sales. The role of sales budgeting is able to explain the effectiveness of 54.70% and sales efficiency with the positive direction, which means that the sales budgeting will both improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the taxpayer satisfaction.
